Cancellation policy –

Upon booking your appointment, we will now require a credit card on file for all nail and skin services. Please call or email (freshcoatnailsclt@gmail.com) the salon or make adjustments online at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 12 hours before the start time — we will charge the card on file for 50% of the total service.

If you do not show up for your appointment — we will charge the card on file for 100% of the total service plus 20% gratuity.

Please do not contact us to waive your cancellation fee.

Please arrive at or before the time of your appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes after your appointment time, you will be considered a walk in and we cannot guarantee your service after that time.

We guarantee gel manicures for 5 days. We are always happy to correct an error we’ve made. With that said if you have been rough on your nails (moving, gardening etc) please do not take advantage of our willingness to fix free of charge. We will always take responsibility for our errors we kindly ask that you do as well.

IF YOU HAVE GEL POLISH OR DIP TO REMOVE, THIS HAS TO BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR APPOINTMENT SO WE CAN ALLOT FOR THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF TIME TO ELIMINATE DELAYS. If you have any trouble booking this, call or email us at freshcoatnailsclt@gmail.com so that we can add it to your booking.

All nail art is by appointment only. If you have specific art in mind, please call or email us at freshcoatnailsclt@gmail.com so that we can best prepare for your appointment.

Walk ins are always welcome but not guaranteed. We recommend calling ahead or booking online

We do not have a “kids polish” option. School age children are welcome to book a quickie mani or pedi. Please insure your child can sit for the duration of the service.

All services will have a 3% cc convince fee. To forgo this fee -we will accept cash

The convince fee is allowing us to keep our services prices where they are at and offer additional booking benefits (choosing a specific nail tech and booking group appointments online). Please feel free to email with any concerns.

Refund Policy –

No refunds will be given for any service (as well as gift cards). If there is an issue please reach out to freshcoatnailsclt@gmail.com with photos and your issue and we will always help resolve the issue!

Summer reminders! the active ingredients in some products (especially sunscreen, cleaning products and skincare) can change the color of your gel polish, as well as long sun exposure. Please remember to wash hands after applying any products and keep nails out of sun if possible!
